Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with packaging.

Returns are only accepted if the item is damaged or incorrect. Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear photos as proof.

Sale items and custom-made products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake is from our side.

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

يُسمح بالاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية مع التغليف.

يُقبل الإرجاع فقط في حال وصول المنتج تالفًا أو مختلفًا عن الطلب، ويجب الإبلاغ خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام مع إرفاق صور واضحة كإثبات.

المنتجات المخفضة أو المصممة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للإرجاع أو الاستبدال.

يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن في حال الاستبدال ما لم يكن الخطأ من طرفنا.

في حال الموافقة على استرداد المبلغ، سيتم إعادته عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع خلال 7–14 يوم عمل.
